Erica Badger

4th Grade
Erica Badger is a 4th grade teacher at the Academy of Learning and Leadership. With a passion for music, Erica studied music education and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2005 with her bachelor’s degree in music. Shortly after, she began working for the school district of South Milwaukee. From there she enrolled in a teacher certification program at Concordia University and completed the program in January 2010. Erica is currently working toward her masters degree in curriculum and instruction through Concordia University. It is with a strong enthusiasm for education that Erica is extremely excited to be teaching 4th grade at the Academy!
